Hazard identification and risk assessment. This module is for all those
who lead any size of team and responsible for its safety.

It’s mandatory to perform Hazard identification & risk assessment to
mitigate all risk before starting any activity or introducing new
equipments or system into our manufacturing setups. This is also a vital
element in management of change procedure used before any kind of
modification in systems or processes including initiation of Capex
Projects.
